Field Financial Operations Specialist in District Of Columbia

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a Field Financial Operations Specialist to provide a broad range of operations, finance, and accounting support in the field during emergency relief activations under challenging conditions. Part of a high performing and highly motivated finance team, the successful candidate must possess a high level of reliability, precision, and attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment, and have the demonstrated ability to be effective both independently and as part of a team.

This role will report primarily to the Senior Manager, Field Financial Operations and Compliance as well as to the Response Director while in the field. This role requires a sincere commitment to WCK’s mission, the ability to travel immediately to relief activities worldwide, approximately 70% travel, the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the flexibility to account for time zone differences.
