Aristotle is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join an established campaign team supporting our fundraising and compliance software product, Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships with customers from all different backgrounds. The CSM serves a critical role at Aristotle starting at the point of sale, leading technical demonstrations, helping the client assemble and review data for onboarding, verifying onboarding completion, setting up trainings, and continuing to ensure customers are achieving high-value results. This role acts as the customer’s trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resource that will facilitate the achievement of their objectives using Aristotle’s products and services. CSM will play a fundamental part in sales, onboarding, support and creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
