Peer Support Specialist - Children and Family Services in Delaware

We are looking for a full-time Peer Support Specialist - Children & Family Services to join our team. This position will require the ability to split their time between two Mommy & Me programs in Seaford, DE, one Mommy & Me Program in Lewes, DE, and one Women's program in Seaford, DE. The Peer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the recovery process as individuals attempt to navigate behavioral health systems and recovery resources. Peer Support Specialists educates and empowers individuals by assisting them in developing a strong, stable recovery support system. Some core job responsibilities include conducting support meetings, offer service linkage as specified on the care plan, and responding to residents' emergencies as needed.
