As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between customers and our technicians. Your main responsibilities will include receiving service requests, creating work orders, and coordinating the scheduling of repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
