Sales Development Manager in Colorado

As a member of the CoreSite Marketing department, the Sales Development Manager  will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize sales growth. The role is responsible for their own individual sales quota obtainment and managing the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team to ensure an environment where individual and team goals and quotas are consistently met or exceeded.

Duties:

• Meets or exceeds their individual SDR outbound quota for their assigned CoreSite region(s) by executing on various prospecting activities including networking, list building, cold calling, social media selling and cold email campaigns.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team including checking and assigning inbound leads, answering questions, providing feedback, holding meetings, creating campaigns, managing platforms, tracking results, training and mentoring.
