Operations Administrator, FreighTrax in Colorado

The Operations Administrator, FreighTrax will assist with managing FreighTrax’s operations, customer engagement and support, and marketing. They will assist with the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, audio and visual content, online training modules, and training evaluations. They may assist with developing processes to execute all phases of a new online training platform. In addition, they will be responsible for overseeing customer service for a Learning Management System (LMS) and e-commerce store.

The Operations Administrator will report to the Director of Operations, FreighTrax.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the order fulfillment process for participants that complete their courses. 
• Oversee the customer support program to ensure that support questions are being resolved in a timely manner and analyze support data to identify trends to mitigate future issues.
