Medical Scheduler in Colorado

As an integral part of our Behavioral Health Solutions team, the Sr. Medical Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of psychiatry services within our skilled nursing facilities. This role is responsible for managing schedules, patient support, technology utilization, quality assurance, and facilitating seamless communication among our providers and facilities.

This position will float between scheduling, prior authorization, and our census operations teams.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management-

• Create, maintain, and optimize schedules for psychiatry practitioners across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Continuously review and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent appointments, cancellations, or changes in patient needs.
