POSITION SUMMARY: 

Under direct supervision of the Inspection Supervisor the Boulder Housing Partners Inspector I conducts comprehensive inspections of HUD-assisted and insured housing properties to ensure compliance with the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE). The inspector ensures that housing units and common areas are safe, sanitary, and in good repair, as outlined by HUD's guidelines. 

HIRING RANGE AND BENEFITS:  

$21 - $24/hour DOQ and Certifications
