Associate, Project Engineer in Colorado

As Scout’s Associate Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design and construction planning of Scout’s utility-scale wind, solar and energy storage projects. You will support the Engineering & Preconstruction team’s scope of work for all projects from early development through to notice to proceed (aka the preconstruction phase). You will report to Scout’s Preconstruction Manager and may be assigned other duties to support Scout’s growth as technical experts in renewable energy systems. 

The ideal candidate for this position is a recent engineering school graduate and a self-motivated individual with practical real-world experience in the renewable energy industry. This candidate has some engineering, design, cost estimating and project scheduling experience and will be capable of supporting a wide range of technical project tasks.
