Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion...
