Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
• Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
• Fully understand the business process and implement new feature according to the user requirement
• Create project plan to work on requirements from internal users and customers
• Be able to identify the root cause and create overall plan on the process improvement instead of only fixing the issues identified
• Resolve customer support issues
• Set up the training and knowledge sharing within MIS team
