Senior Career and Academic Coach in California

The Senior and Academic Coach works with participants one on one in order to create participant centered career and education plans, which are designed to help them reach the short and long-term goals that will lead to economic self-sufficiency. Applicants should have experience serving youth and adult ages 14-24 years old within the following priority populations: Justice involved, system impacted, undocumented, disconnected from education, unemployed and underemployed, public housing residents from San Francisco, foster care, pregnant and parenting. All applicants should be able to act with a sense of urgency, carry a caseload of 40 to 50 clients, should be confident with problem solving skills and be innovative in working with multi barrier youth and adults.
