The Career Pathways division at Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) bridges participants to employment, career opportunities, and post-secondary education. As a Reentry Career Academic Coordinator, you will guide participants through understanding high-growth sectors, careers, training options, and immediate employment opportunities. You will work one-on-one with participants to develop personalized career and education plans aimed at achieving their short and long-term goals, ultimately leading to economic self-sufficiency.
Applicants should have experience serving adult ages 18-30 years olds within the following priority populations: Justice involved, system impacted, undocumented, disconnected from education, unemployed and underemployed, public housing residents from San Francisco, foster care, pregnant and parenting.
