Project Manager - Infrastructure and MEP in California

The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as a Project Manager - Infrastructure and MEP for a large educational client in the Pasadena area. This position’s  primary responsibility is for the management of capital improvement projects and deferred maintenance projects within the complex with the following duties:

Job Duties: 

• Work collaboratively with the Divisions and Departments in developing project scope, prioritizing items, identifying value engineering opportunities, collaborating with operations and internal architects and engineers to fully inform project scope early in the design process. 

• Build and present budgets, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
