As a Presale Engineer, you are responsible for identifying new features, products, and business opportunities while being a critical driver of sales initiatives. Our team collaborates with clients to understand their challenges and solutions. You will work to become a trusted advisor for our clients, enabling you to build confidence in TP-Link’s technology infrastructure.
WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:
- Knowledge base on networking
- Understanding business scenarios of hospitality, restaurant, or health care
- Verification of whether products will work for customers
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
- Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
