Litigation Counsel in California

Strategically supports the Company’s commercial business, dispute resolution and litigation strategy.  Interprets and prepares legal documents and discovery, reviews Company policies, monitors and ensures legal compliance, oversees outside litigation counsel and advises management on legal matters to guard against legal liability while reaching business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
