At Living Room, the Lead Line Cook plays a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchen operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a Lead Line Cook, you thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating leadership and inspiring fellow team members to remain composed and efficient during peak service hours.

• Culinary Excellence: Oversee the preparation and execution of menu items across all kitchen stations, ensuring consistency and quality from prep to plate. This includes working in the pantry, fry station, and other areas, with a focus on adhering to allergy requests and specific dish alterations.

The Role

At Living Room, the Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, preparing food and sauces, and assisting head chefs with service. As a Line Cook, you thrive in fast-paced environments and positively influence fellow team members to remain calm during a busy service. Daily responsibilities also include preparation of food items in the pantry, fry station, and other areas of the kitchen as well as adhering to allergy requests and specific alterations to dishes. 

A successful Line Cook is a critical member of the team due to the diverse and specialized skill set and proven ability to execute all menu items properly from prep to plate and deliver top quality dishes from all stations.
