- Ositos is an innovative bi-lingual (English and Spanish) child care center which will serve children ages 1-5, situated near Oxnard, CA. Funded and led by a social entrepreneur with extensive experience in education, Ositos will primarily serve low-income families and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher to manage and oversee our Early Childhood Education program. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a mission-based non-profit initiative from its beginning.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with 3-5+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with children and families.
