HVAC Service Technician II in California

Mark III Construction is currently seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician for the Sacramento area. This Journeyman HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to industry standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Install, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and heat pumps
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC systems to determine the cause of the malfunction
• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and adjust, clean and calibrate various systems to assure proper system operation
• Repair wiring and electronic components associated with automated building management systems
• Replace expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units and other component parts
