This position reports to the Director of HR and Organizational Services and will support the HR department across key areas including Employee Relations, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Workers’ Compensation and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). This role involves assisting with performance reviews, employee complaint investigations, advising on disciplinary actions, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
