Preferred 3-5 years of experience with heavy equipment ( Bobcat, Backhoe, Excavator, Mini X, rollers, wheel loader, water truck, and all different attachments for the equipment )
Preferred 3-5 years of hard demo and grading experience
Knowledge of cuts and fills
Good working skills under pressure
Must be able to read and comprehend grading stakes and different types of ribbons
Must be able to communicate with grade checkers
Willing to work with other trades, divisions, and hand tools
Open to be evaluated on the field
Open to working days , nights, weekends if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
