General Manager - North Lake Tahoe in California

As the General Manager for North Lake Tahoe, you will direct daily business operations. You will be responsible for managing processes related to housekeeping, maintenance, and QC in Track PMS. This position also manages projects related to field operations, provides training for newly recruited employees, audits and inspects operational work assignments to ensure the business goals of the company are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Manages core operational systems and processes
• Ensures Housekeeping work orders are completed as per company standard
• Manages projects for organizational improvement
