One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking a dynamic assistant that has experience working Wealthy Elite Clientele to support the VP of International Markets within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to a wealthy elite client base.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the VP of International Markets responding to clients
• Support the VP of International Markets in social media marketing such as Redbook, WeChat, TikTok, etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive luxury brand experience.
