Regional HR Business Partner in Arizona

RumbleOn, the largest retailer of powersports vehicles in America, is in rapid growth mode! To support this exciting growth, we are seeking to add experienced HRBPs in multiple regions, including the Phoenix metro area. The RumbleOn HR Business Partner will act as the primary point of contact for HR related matters in their assigned region. They will be responsible for cultivating a high performing culture at our dealerships while limiting any exposure to employment related liabilities.

The ideal candidate has plenty of experience with conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and training facilitation in a multi-site/regional type of role.
