Plant Manager 2nd Shift in Arizona

We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Plant Manager will be responsible for the administration, production, and warehousing operations in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the organization.

• Manage the overall activities of the facilities including the directing, advising, and managing of direct and indirect subordinates to ensure a strong workforce and team performance.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, discipline, and/or discharge decisions of workforce within scope of responsibility.
