Executive Project Manager in Arizona

Acts as the overall EPM for large strategic projects that require multi-division coordination while acting as the single point of contact for the client(s). Oversees all aspects of construction projects, from beginning to end including review of estimates, customer acquisition, project schedule, schedule of values, positive project cashflow, forecasting and close out with the customer. EPM has direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Accountable for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule and budget. In addition, this role is responsible for projects that have the following criteria:

· Sell price greater than $3M for Controls

· Project may exceed 1 year, having high strategic value

· Multiple technologies, vendors and subcontractors.

· High degree of customer interface.
