Production Cell Leader in Alabama

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the cell is operating in a safe and efficient manner, meeting its delivery commitments and providing high quality product to the required specification in accordance with the production schedule. Provide leadership and direction to your team members, encourage effective communication within in the cell and promote positive employee relations.

What You Will Do:

• Support all company safety initiatives. Conduct weekly safety walks, enforce all safety policies, ensure all employees are trained in safe work procedures, submit hazard and spill reports as required.
• Support OPEX through weekly 5S world class audits, maintain housekeeping checklists and coordinate continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain the quality output of the cell, facilitate and lead the self-inspection process, support the management of material through the MRB review following up on all rejected material from the cell....
